It took a while to get the car’s oil change done. But it was busy. It’s like the hospital, hurry up and wait. They should have a small library for customers. The car is running great. And a free car wash. Also they have a fancy coffee machine. Staff kept me updated on progress. I will come back.

New service facility is great. Both for waiting customers and very clean service bays. Can observe work being done as you wait. Very efficient operations with text updates on work progress.

The service appointments I had before the dealership moved into this new location were awful. They did the work, but the person that waited on me acted like he was doing me a favor by helping me and was not personable at all. The waiting area was dirty in the bathrooms were dirty when I went for service. It was like a whole New World. Everybody was polite. Everything was clean and the guy that waited on me was awesome. His name was Glenn, I really felt like I was treated like a good customer.
