9am oil change appt. Arrived 8:30am. Didn’t get out til 11:30-for an OIL CHANGE! Second time same-no more!

Super patient, kind, understanding, and genuinely wanting the best choice for each customer's needs. They explain every step of the process too!

Don’t have much to say about the dealership itself but Lisa priest is awesome. She goes above and beyond every time. We have bought 4 cars from her now and has been amazing every time. Sterling McCall are luck to have her.

Car needed new engine. Picked up car when I was told it was ready. When my car was brought out to me, there were parts in the back seat that belonged under the hood. On my way home, the battery alert came on and then the power steering light came on. I barely made it home. Poor customer service . Never returned my calls,I had to make calls to ask questions

I had to wait awhile (3 hours) at this dealieship.since the finance person decided to take a client before me. Wasn't fair to me, but I waited. The salesman was quick and was easy to work with.

I throughly felt at ease from start to end. My assigned representative explained the process to determine what was wrong with my car. I received a a itemized overview of all parts under the hood of my car. Itemized cost of each part. Itemized priority of each part.. Repair was done and Mr Dillen responded to me with good info, that I appreciated. I will definitely be going back to complete the other repairs needed. I am very satisfied . I made an appointment for a oil change and routine maintenance at the service department. I waited at the dealership not expecting those services to take long. My service rep checked in with me once to update and then later said if I was needing to leave I could skip the car wash. Just under four hours later I had to ask a service rep to get my car.

Everyone at the dealership is so kind and helpful. It was a pleasure working with Charles. So knowledgeable and made the process super easy and smooth.

They sold me a vehicle with transmission problems, but they didn't tell me at the time of purchase. I received poor customer service at the dealership. The complaint I filed with you didn't yield any positive results. I didn't even know when they closed my case. They showed me a car with the accessories inside, and when they gave it to me, they had already stolen them. How do you think I feel?

It’s ok wait is long and when they wash your car they left a dirty towel inside my suv and it had a large dirty spot on the back of my suv.

Dishonest and corrupt service department. Service representative was extremely argumentative, rude and pushy. I have purchased the Hyundai protection plan which was $3300. My AC was not cooling properly. They diagnosed the problem and told me that out of 15 AC components the one component which is bad is not covered in warranty.

I had made an appointment for 9:30 am for a bulb to be changed. My car didn’t get pulled in until over an hour later. By the time it was ready it was over an hour and a half after my appointment time. I was told it was because some more important people had work to be done ahead of me. Well I’m sorry, I bought my car from tall and have had all my work done by yawl and I had an appointment.

Caleb was the gentleman who helped me. He explained everything in detail and told me to ask him about anything I didn't understand and he would go over it as much as I needed. He was very polite and professional and made my experience very pleasant. I will ask for him in the future.

They overcharged for our 2025 Tucson. $1,100 for tint. $500 for Ikon Connect which is not necessary because you can track your vehicle using Bluelink which is already included for free. $500 for cargo tray which you can get on Amazon for $46. Pretty much no wiggle room on the total price - other dealers are advertising $750 to $1000 off the sticker price. They just play with numbers to make it sound like you're getting a good deal. Don and the team in the Service Department fixed my 2025 Santa Fe right the first time and had my vehicle ready early. My vehicle was washed and clean and I am super happy. New place has larger space and great Service area. I wasn’t able to speak with my service advisor this trip as he was very busy. I spoke with one of the helpers who was very good. I apologize for not remembering his name. I would like to see the vending machines back for the visitors since the only thing to drink was coffee and water. I waited while my car was serviced and it took me only about an hour. Thank you.
