I made an appointment for a oil change and routine maintenance at the service department. I waited at the dealership not expecting those services to take long. My service rep checked in with me once to update and then later said if I was needing to leave I could skip the car wash. Just under four hours later I had to ask a service rep to get my car.

My AC was not cooling properly. They diagnosed the problem and told me that out of 15 AC components the one component which is bad is not covered in warranty.
